Product Buy & Delivery Policy
- All payments are processed securely using Snipcart.
- Free local delivery is available within a 5km radius of Downtown Kingston Ontario.
- Local Deliveries take place on the Thursday following the date of purchase.
- Contactless porch pick-up is available near the Kingston Centre by appointment, and exact address is provided on completion of purchase.
Refund Policy
- Full refund is available 14 days from the original purchase date, on receipt of the item in good condition to the seller.
- When you make a qualifying return, we’ll credit the full amount.
- Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your claim and find it eligible for a return.
- Refunds are applied to the original payment option.
